The Innovations Group, LLC was established in the spring of 1998, although its founder, Eric Powers, had been dreaming of the concept in a full service firm with innovative solutions for some time. Having developed invaluable experience as the corporate architect for a national restaurant corporation. Eric saw the need for a development firm with creative solutions for particular challenges and constraints of design, budget, and schedules. This niche is very simply illustrated by our firm¹s focus on the client¹s need for a "turn-key" approach to projects. This creative approach is the cornerstone of our current and future success. We do, however, provide individual services with the same commitment to excellence.

Though The Innovations Group, LLC began as a company providing Architectural services only, our goal was to effectively develop a team that would give life to Eric¹s vision: "A Development Firm offering innovative solutions for all aspects of construction". Our ability to provide any one or all of these services to a client, is a critical goal towards the complete solution of customer service. In doing so, we expanded from our offices in Brentwood, TN. The firm is currently based in a commercial development in Franklin TN., a project which we developed.

Our client base has grown tremendously since 1998, yet we continue to provide the individual attention, service, and innovative solutions from which our earliest clients prospered. Growth without the commitment and fulfillment to customer service is not an option.
